My teaching style:

I teach a student based on his/her ability to comprehend and grasp the lesson. Thus, I make sure his/her foundation is good to understand lessons that get more comprehensive as he/she climbs up the levels.
I am approachable and ensure each lesson is understood well by my students.

My recent records:

A student who came to study Maths with me after failing throughout his form 4 managed to score B+ in his SPM 2013.

3 out of 6 students obtained A in BM PMR 2013. The other 3 students who used to fail or got D in BM managed to get B in PMR 2013.

My student obtained both As’ in her Penulisan and Pemahaman in the recent UPSR 2013.

I managed to turn a Maths failure student in Form 4 to a B student within 6 months of teaching. In her SPM 2012 she managed to score B+.

My entire PMR Maths student did well in their PMR 2013 exam, exceeding their own expectation. E.g. a Maths failure student managed to obtain a B in her PMR.

A Maths student (IGCSE Y8) who was an average student in her class was the top scorer in her class in the recent exam.


A student of mine who used to get D in BM obtained an A in 2012 UPSR. I only started teaching her in Std 6.

A Chinese student who was reluctant to learn English from non-Chinese teacher was truly happy when I started teaching her as she could understand my teaching easily and feel brave to speak with my encouragement.

My student scored As’ in all the subjects (Maths, Science and English) which I taught her in PMR 2012.

My student scored straight As’ in PMR 2011.

2 out of 4 students whom I taught scored 5As in UPSR examination.

I managed to turn a Maths failure student in Form 4 to a B student within 6 months of teaching.

My form 2 student managed to get top marks for both the subjects (Mathematics and Science) that I am teaching her. This is a very good improvement compared to Ds and Cs that she obtained earlier this year.

I succeeded to guide 4 students who use to get Cs in BM to get an A in UPSR exam.

I have helped 5 students who were failing (getting Es/Ds) to get Cs and Bs in the UPSR exam.

Few years back a student of mine who barely pass her Modern Maths (F9), managed to get C5 in her SPM Modern Maths.

I have experience teaching English and Malay for Chinese medium students.

I am also teaching English for adult students. They are comfortable learning from me. Importantly they manage to let go their shyness and able to speak in English now.

I have experience teaching expatriate, Malay language as well as teach Mathematics for students from International school (IGCSE).

 

I do not only teach but motivate the student to study for his/her self achievement and to be the pride of the family.
